Registration<\/span><\/p>\n

ACMSE 2023 has two types\/categories of registrations (Attendee Category<\/a> and Author Category<\/a>). For each accepted work (full paper or short paper), at least one author must register in the conference in the “Author Category<\/a>” and present his\/her article during the virtual event. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the conference proceedings and the ACM Digital Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nAttendee Category<\/span><\/p>\n

There is no cost to register as an attendee. Attendees are welcome to participate in all the events of the conferences, including paper presentations<\/a> and tutorials\/workshops<\/a>   (see the general schedule here<\/a>). However, attendees are required to register (click here<\/a> to register as an attendee). A few days before the virtual event, attendees will be informed by emails about the program and the links to join the videoconferences. We encourage you to fill out this registration form<\/a> early and to inform other people that might be interested. Thank you.<\/p>\n

\nAuthor Category<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration fees are non-refundable.<\/strong> The early registration (early bird pricing) will end on March 21, 2023<\/strong> (no exceptions). ACM active members will receive a discount. If one author has several accepted papers, he\/she is required to pay multiple registrations (we do not offer a discount for multiple registrations, since the prices are already low). You can pay using a credit card or by doing a wire transfer. For more information about wire transfers, see information sent by email.<\/p>\n

Notice that papers that are not well formatted will be excluded from the conference proceedings and the ACM Digital Library<\/a>. Before you pay, be sure your paper does follow all the tips and is accepted by the proceedings chair.<\/p>\n

If your paper is accepted for presentation and publication in ACMSE 2023, please be sure that you follow all our requests on time. Unfortunately, we will have to apply an additional payment (US$100.oo) to your paper for any of the following reasons. Please, understand that we want to keep the high level of ACMSE and want to have a successful organization.<\/p>\n
